Jim Ferguson

Like his teammates on the Executive Leadership Team, it was the call of Gold Eagle’s family culture and reputation that enticed him to join us and embrace our purpose of helping people preserve and protect the things we love.

As a seasoned manufacturing executive, Mr. Ferguson brings expertise in operations, leadership development and strategic planning for multibillion-dollar organizations.

As Senior Director of Operations for Amcor Rigid Packaging, Mr. Ferguson had financial responsibility for 12 manufacturing plants.  But it was Gold Eagle’s vision, purpose and culture along with the excitement of growing a young leadership team that enticed him to Gold Eagle Company.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team and CEO Forum, Mr. Ferguson directs supplier and vendor relations, continuous improvement projects, workflow optimization and talent development.  He prides himself on his role as mentor, coach and trainer providing innovative methodologies and established manufacturing principles such as Process Controls, 6S, Lean, and Six Sigma.
